Nub’s Nob Ski Vacations

Let's us find out a little about Nub's Nob Ski Resort. The simple layout of the mountain has a height of 1338 feet with a vertical drop of 427 feet. At the resort, there are 43 trails serviced by 8 chair lifts. It has claimed to be one of the best skiing and snowboarding schools in the country that comes with both private and group lessons for all. Remember, even if you are new to the sport, you can have a chance to even learn to ski free and not forgetting to take the advantages of the Nub's Cubs Childcare Center while you learn.

With all the facilities for beginners, you might be mistaken to think that intermediate or expert skiers would not find any challenges at Nub's Nob. Not true as it caters for intermediate and experts skiers too. With many variations of the terrain, you will find it a challenge for intermediate and experts. You can also do night skiing. At the resort, there is a Ski School that offers training programs for advanced skiers who are thinking of taking part in racing as there are many racing events held at the resort. If you are interested, you can also sign up for the race leagues as many of such league events are planned every season.

There is a general store where you can rent equipment or purchase items like hats, gloves, neck warmers as well as a variety of things. If you need to have your ski's tuned or repair, you can take it to the technology center.

Not forgetting about your stomach, there is a Nub's Nob Cafeteria that opens for breakfast and lunch. Should you have your own lunch snack, you can eat it at the brown bag room. There is also a Nub's Winter Garden that serves grilled burgers provided the weather allows. Located at the top of the Black Lift is the Pintail Peak Warming Hut. At here, you can enjoy some amazing views at the same time tasting a good home made soups with sandwiches.

Need a great family ski vacation, then you should not miss visiting Nub's Nob. Even if you are already an expert skier, you can participate in racing or skill events at the resort. Remember, there are plenty of things to do and see over at the resort. There are so many things you can do over at the resort and sometimes you are lost to decide what you want to participate first. As most events are planned for the weekends, you can arrange your schedule to allow yourself to attend or participate those planned events.
